I really enjoyed my stay! the staff were super friendly and helpful. They were customer-focused at reception, in catering, at the bars, and by the poolside. the beautiful room on the fifth floor was super clean and had a comfy bed plus lots of space. the view of altea was amazing. thanks to everyone for making my holiday special!!!
The outdoor pool was a bit chilly, and most of the poolside area was shaded until 2 pm. This wasn't ideal for sunbathing. it's a very minor thing, though.

The hotel is near several bars plus restaurants. Lidl is across the road. supermarkets are only three minutes away. Benidorm is accessible by taxi in approximately 15 minutes. public transport offers easy access to nearby towns.

The double or twin room included basic toiletries. air conditioning worked very well. beds were very comfy. the room was well kept each day by friendly maids. They provided great service.

The reception check-in was easy and quick. restaurant staff was really great. They provided really good service and maintained a high standard. the bar staff were very attentive and efficient during peak hours, this was appreciated.

the breakfast buffet offered varied options of good quality. the dining room sometimes became busy during peak hours, especially in the morning. the restaurant provides a wide selection of food suiting different tastes, it was amazing!!!

the breakfast selection was ok. it had enough options to start the day.
the rooms felt outdated. the bathroom looked like something from a Hospital, with old fixtures and signs of rust. the sofa in the room was stained and hadn't seen a vacuum in ages. it really needed a good cleaning.

I stayed in a room on the 5th floor, and it was super clean. the cleaning was always finished early. the food was plentiful, with varied choices for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I never ran out of options. the staff was generally friendly and helpful, particularly around the pool area. They maintained a tropical vibe there. there was also a complimentary shuttle to the beach if i needed it.
this was a minor inconvenience, but it did add a little extra time when going up or down from my room on the 5th floor.

The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, notably the staff in the catering areas, who were always on hand to support with client requests. I found them to be very attentive indeed. the hotel has a free shuttle bus which takes you to the beach. This runs frequently throughout the day.

my room on the 5th floor was very super clean and cozy! the housekeeping staff ensured it was cleaned every day before i came back from breakfast. plenty of white towels and extra blankets were also available in the room, very convenient.
